PROCESSING TIME
Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders only ship on business days, Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. The number of days listed above is estimated based on working days and is not guaranteed; all transit times can be impacted by weather and transit delays.
DUTIES & TAXES
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS / RETURN TO SENDER
If a shipment is refused upon delivery, the shipping charges, any import fees, and the cost of returning the package that is incurred will be handled by the customer. The amount will be deducted from the customer's merchandise refund -- the order's original form of payment.
CANDLES
At AMAVII all our candles are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace, or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.
You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all return items. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping, and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@amavii.com for further details.
MODIFICATION
AMAVII may revise, change, and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued usage of the website after any changes to these Terms and Conditions means you accept those revisions. Any aspect of the Website may be changed, supplemented, deleted, or updated without notice at the sole discretion of AMAVII. AMAVII may also change or impose fees for products and services provided through the Website at any time at its sole discretion.
