PROCESSING TIME 

Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. The number of days listed above are estimates based on working days and are not guaranteed; all transit times can be impacted by weather and transit delays.  


DUTIES & TAXES

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase, with shipping on us.You will have up to 30 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website.Discounted items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 


REFUNDS 

Returns take 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. 


ON SALE ITEMS

Sale/discounted items are only eligible for store credit refunds and item exchanges only. Exchange items should have the same value as the original order. We also offer free exchange for fitting issues. Refunds to the original form of payment are subject to approval and will have to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


SHIPPING RETURNS 

Our returns reimbursement applies to a standard shipping rate only. For orders paid on Express Shipping, the customer bears the cost difference between Standard and Express shipping rates.

CANDLES

At AMAVII all of our candles are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.


You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. We do not do exchanges at this time.


In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@amavii.com for further details.

Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order, we will dispatch in-stock items first. Warranty

AMAVII Eyewear products are warranted for 3 years from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship. Warranty is only valid with a proof of purchase from an authorized AMAVII dealer that clearly shows the purchase date.


WHAT IS COVERED BY WARRANTY (examples): 


Delamination and/or peeling of sun lens coating 

Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating 

Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating 

Soldering defects of temple hinges and/or barrels 


WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY (examples): 


Normal wear and tear (scratches or pit marks on sun lenses) 

Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of product 

Damage caused by chemicals (hair spray, cologne, window cleaner, alcohol, etc.) 

Unauthorized modifications or repairs 

Loss of eyewearInstallation of non-AMAVII lenses
